We ship worldwide within one business day of receiving your order. Our estimated delivery times are 3-5 days for UK/Europe/USA/Canada, 5-6 days for Mexico/Latin America/Middle East/Asia.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders to countries outside the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the recipient may be required to pay any customs fees and local sales taxes. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm the exact amount of these amounts and recommend that you contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD
If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal information and credit card number in a form. These will then be transmitted to the payment processor via a secure connection. The bank verifies the transaction data and your credit line in a few seconds and transmits the result of the verification to the seller. If successful, the agreed amount will be charged to your credit card.

PAYPAL
PayPal is a simple and secure way to pay for your purchases, without entering your bank details or credit card number, because your information is stored in your PayPal account.

REFUND
We will credit you the return amount as quickly as possible after receiving your return shipment.

RETURN
You may return any unwanted items to us (provided they are unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. The recipient is responsible for arranging and paying the actual shipping cost. Items returned in unsellable condition such as unsealed, exchanged or used (except for damaged or defective items), or relabeled will not be refunded.

The refund to your card may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank's processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
