SECTION 1 SCOPE

The commercial relationships between Yummy Beauty, a brand owned by MAISON ZAGARA S.r.l. - hereinafter referred to as "MAISON ZAGARA" - and the buyer will be subject exclusively to the version of the following General Conditions applicable at the time the order is placed. Conflicting contractual or purchase conditions of the buyer will only be considered recognized if this has been expressly agreed in writing.

SECTION 2 CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

By sending the order via the site, the buyer makes a binding offer to MAISON ZAGARA for the conclusion of a purchase contract. If you place an order with Maison Zagara we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and the order details (order confirmation). This order confirmation will not constitute acceptance of your offer but will simply inform you that we have received your order. The purchase contract will only be concluded when we send you the ordered product and confirm the shipment in a second email (shipping confirmation). No purchase contract will be concluded for products of the same order that are not indicated in the shipping confirmation. MAISON ZAGARA does not offer the purchase of products to minors. Even products intended for children can only be purchased by adults. Your order also acts as a guarantee that you are of age. We assume no responsibility for orders of our product placed by minors.

SECTION 3 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS; EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, NOTIFICATION OF THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You can revoke your contractual declaration without giving reasons within 14 days in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or, if the goods are delivered to you before the expiry of this period, by returning the goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

In the event of successful termination of the contract, the goods delivered and any payments received will be returned to the contracting party and all the benefits inevitably connected to them will be renounced. In the event that you are unable to return all or part of the delivered goods or the benefits derived from such goods or if you return or are obliged to return the delivered goods in a damaged condition, you will be obliged to pay a certain amount of compensation. This may mean that you may actually be required to meet your contractual payment obligations for the period until cancellation. You will only be required to provide compensation for deterioration of the items and associated benefits if such use or deterioration is due to use of the item beyond inspection of its properties and functionality. By "checking the characteristics and function" we mean the checking and testing of the goods in question in the way in which this is possible and customary in a conventional shop.

Goods that can be sent by parcel post must be returned at your own risk. You will be responsible for standard return shipping costs.
